I picked out the prettiest colors, got my crochet hook and the result so far are these two boxes of the photos. I had so much wool and so many colors that I could make two squares, one with cold colors and the other with warm colors. I have to increase the size a bit more and make the back of the covers.
I think one week I finish I’ll show you here the fundamentals to make the Grandma’s basic type square. Learning to make squares is ideal for those who are starting to crochet because they are few points in a recipe very easy to memorize. Plus, it can be a really cool color-matching exercise! As for materials, I used leftovers I already had at home from Family Wire and others of similar thickness and a crochet needle 3.0, which I earned from Carola.
